Sarah Cohen, M.D. is an Integrative Medicine physician dedicated to best practices in health care.

Dr. Cohen completed a hospital-based Internal Medicine training with the Thomas Jefferson University Health System in Philadelphia, PA., and a Fellowship in Integrative Medicine with Dr. Andrew Weil at the University of Arizona. In continuation with her lifelong awe of botanical medicine, Dr. Cohen is a forever learner of cultivation, pharmacology, and clinical application of medicinal plants and fungi.
Dr. Cohen is well positioned to integrate a wide spectrum of clinical insights, and observes that it is at the meeting place between time-honored healing wisdom and modern science where medicine is most marvelous and effective.

Integrative Medicine
An Integrative Medicine consultation is comprehensive, and adresses the root cause of symptoms. Integrative visits are scheduled on a case-by-case basis. We recommend requesting a free Introductcory phone call as a first step toward discovering if Dr. Cohen's areas of expertise match your goals.

Medical Cannabis Consultations
To be eligible for a Medical Marijuana Card, patients must have a state qualifying medical condition: Severe Pain, Glaucoma, HIV/AIDS, Cancer, Cachexia, Severe Nausea, Seizures, Muscle Spasms, PTSD, Autism (Anxiety is a qualifying condition in Pennsylvania) Please see state Department of Health website for a comprehensive , current list of qulaifying conditions. Patients must have a PA or CO State ID and must provide medical documents if under the age of 21.
